The “Girls Club Initiative” Agenda
A collective of women – each a changemaker in her field – working together to support, mentor, and help build up and coming talent; we exist to prove what “just a girl” can do.
The Foundation
For each of the women involved with the “Just a Girl” Agenda the foundational moments are the same – excellence ignored, skillsets sidelined, and ideas attributed to the men on the team. The story kept repeating, we’re here to break the cycle.
The Frontlines
Since it’s inception, the “Just a Girl” Agenda has seen the founding members launch brands, put together events for thousands of attendees, support local artists, mentor athletes, launch an identity and security consulting collective, and generally identify as menaces to the status quo.
The Future
By tightening their workflow, pooling resources & networks, and focusing their alignment the founding team aims to f*^k sh!t up for mediocre teams around them, bust up the boys club, and put the spotlight on their sisters in STEAM.
